FUNCTIONALITIES

- Player Vaults have been reworked:

   Are now limited to 500 crates by default
   Vault can be upgrades by purchasing a Vaultron Pass and storing it in your vault
   There can be 5 active passes in the vault
   Vault size for fleets and crew will be calculated by multiplying the default vault + any pass expansions, with the number of players in a crew or fleet
   The lowest tier pass can be purchased at the faction desk on any faction headquarters, higher tier passes can be found in LogiCorp Toolstores in systems with the same tier or higher.
   When salvaging/modifying a ship, excess resources are now handled in this order: dump on modified ship > dump in vault > dump on modifying ship > create debris field of max 400 pieces > create a large scrap asteroid
   Expansion passes add 100 crate capacity per pass on tier 0, 200 on tier 1, 300 on tier 2 and 400 on tier 3.


- reworked how some device rules work, exterior parts can no longer be build through other exterior parts

- removed editor subcategories, the item bar now expands to show all available props.

- missions of a higher tier than the system they can be taken from will now spawn, but there will always be at least 4 missions from the same tier

- rooms can now be renamed ingame from the screens of a door leading to them

- drones can now use improved and advanced fuel

- pivot turret door now always has a chance to open, even if fully damaged

- crew and fleet vaults no longer accept mission resources

- ships with a station shield no longer allow screen shake

- adding resources to cargopods now merges crates

- added some new exterior blocks

   15 new 1x1x1 blocks

FUNCTIONALITIES

- added warp firewall

   Can only be hacked when a ship is in warp
   When this firewall is down, the ship will drop out of warp and will generate a warp signature. The ship will also be unable to enter warp while this firewall is down.
   Can be repaired with repair cartridges
   Can be hacked from a distance that is 30 * the target's warp speed if the target's warp level is below 5
   If the target's warp level is 5 or above, the range is system wide


- added scanner signatures

   every ship and other important object can leave a scanner signature
   ships scan periodically for new signatures, this is sped up by enabling scanners, the duration of this is defined by the closeness
   when getting closer to a scanner signature, a bar displays over the icon, when the bar reaches zero, the signature updates it's location, allowing the user to get closer to it's true location
   ships generate a warp signature upon exiting warp. This signature is very precise but lasts only a couple of minutes.
   signatures are now the only way to find rich asteroids and gas clouds


- added station shield

   Resource Cost: 7500 Iron , 2500 Copper
   Creates a shield around the ship, rendering it invulnerable from any damage
   Can only be activated within a certains distance from the system's star (differs per system as the star's size differs. The termianl on the device shos when in range.)
   Upon activation, renders ship globally visible and a 15 minute timer will start to run
   15 minutes after activation, the station shield activates fully
   The shield is always visible and is able to be colored
   Power cost scales between 300 and 15000 power, depending on the mass of the station, capping at 1 million mass.
   Requires one of 3 types of Focusing Crystal to be inserted to operate

       lasts 24 hours in Station Shield
       Can be created in 3D Printer
       Costs 50 Carbon, 6 Deuterium

   when activated, makes a ship much harder to find.

   Will engage deep cloaking mode after 2 hours of continuous operation. Will render a ship completely invisible.
   Power cost scales between 250 and 7500 power depending on the mass of the ship, capping at 1 million mass.

- added Hydropex Fuel Trader

   functions like the Galactic Trade Emporium but sells fuel and heatsinks
   Randomly jumps into systems and releases several trade drones into the system


- added ignore function

   type /ignore <playerName> in chat to add a player to your ignore list. This will work across all servers as it is saved locally in your config file.
   type /unignore <playerName> in chat to remove a player from your ignore list. This will work across all servers as it is saved locally in your config file.
   type /clearignorelist in chat to clear your ignore list
   ignoring a player will cause none of their chat messages to appear


- missions can now be flagged illegal, if a ship with an illegal mission is scanned by drones, it will gain wanted level

- illegal missions yield 1.5 times more reward

- implemented new drifter mission (basically a transport mission, but it's illegal)

- dronebay automation cartridge "launch" now gives "defend" instruction if no instruction has been set

- decreased chance of warp disrupt for grunts

GRAPHICS

- removed player ships from holotable if they are far away and not transponding

- emp now has a range of 2000 units, but falls off over distance. Disabling missiles still works from 800 units or closer.

- tweaked flak missile speed to more closely match combat range of other weapons

- added checks so final objectives for the main faction ultimate system events only spawn when that faction's headquarters had been built

- ship targets now untarget automatically when they are out of range

- fixed bug where damage to devices would not work

FUNCTIONALITIES

- reworked cockpit icon interface

   icons that are close to planets are now grouped under the planets, and can be revealed by targeting them
   pressing the target button multiple times while hovering over an icon will target the sub icons
   icons will split when approaching the planet


- added a new list to the secondary terminals in the cockpit that allows you to select stations that are visibile to you and target them. The list can also be found on any agos terminal.

- combat drones can now use all ammo types

- added auto storage for ships that have not had active players on them for an extended amount of time

   Ships will be stored on the nearest station with a Store-O-Tron, when no station with a Store-O-Tron is in the system it won't be stored.
   Ships within the no fire zone will be stored after 24 hours
   Ships not within the no fire zone will be stored after 28 days
   Players on board of a ship being stored will be teleported to the station where the ship is stored.
   Server owners can change these settings in the server.config file in the Interstellar Rift appdata folder

   Any extra drones that spawn for quests or because of security reasons will check every so often if they are still needed, and if not they will leave the system
