Ah, there you are. By now you probably have ventured beyond the confines of the starter systems and you've discovered something critical to your situation. *panic mode* There are NO stations! *panic mode off*. Don't worry, you'll be fine. There is a lot that you can do to help your own situation but also that of fellow players.

General Information

One of the ways to build stations owned by Factions or Companies is by doing system events. You can find these events on the top right corner of your G.R.I.P tool (default: TAB Key).

These events can vary from all kinds of jobs. Like for example to deliver Iron Ore or Build a Station. Each faction and company has their own set of events to complete. Some of these events between the different factions/companies are similar but each station you build has it's own specialty.

Standard Events

A couple of the events you'll get to see are pretty straightforward. So we're not going to mention them for each entity separately. Instead we'll go over them in this section and then move on to the individual faction or company events.

Deliver <item>

This one is pretty straight forward. It's usually Iron/Copper/Silicon/Steel or their Ore equivalent, but it could also be beacons or some other assembled item. Basically you'll have to mine it or obtain it in another way and deliver it to a station or find a Station Construction Satellite belonging to the faction or company that the event belongs to.

Scout

Exactly as the name sounds. Go to a specific place in the system and turn on your scanners. Starting the scanning can be anywhere between 1 Mn or 300 meters. Just make sure your scanners are pointed at the target and a progress bar will show how the scanning is progressing. Once the scanning has started the icon will turn green to indicate that you are within the required range. Scanning can be done from sub-light speeds or warp speed.
